Good sized comfortable room on the back side of the property so quiet. It is on a bus line so convenient to get to other parts of the city. We returned a rental car the morning after our arrival and traveled by transit for the rest of our stay until taking a taxi to the airport. Very good breakfast but a little on the pricey side compared to other places we stayed. There are several restaurants within a few blocks of the hotel.

The neighborhood is very nice and fancy, although is not exactly mitte it is very close and the neighborhood has charm by itself. The hotel facilities (entrance, elevator, launge, patio, etc) were very nice but rooms are quite outdated and os not a 4 star hotel for sure. Great staff!!! I forgot something and they got it for me.

The Hotel and our room was simply lovely. We booked a Jr. Suite for a secondary room for the 'nocturnal' among us. The green views out the windows and the beautiful breakfast buffet was truly a lovely part of our stay. There is limited parking at the hotel in an underground garage so it's first come first serve and they charge for it. Otherwise it's street parking, some metered, some free. We chose this location while visiting our daughter for the park and walking distance to her. It was perfect. We would absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Berlin.

The breakfast was great, fresh, it had everything from meat to pastry, from "free" to healthy, from sweet to savory, cold and warm. They automatically brought a high chair when we entered with our toddler. The chair was high quality! :) The staff was very friendly and helpful. At first we received a different room from what we booked, but in 10 minutes they changed it for us. The location is simply perfect if you don't want to be in the "main square", but relatively close to the center, restaurants and public transportation. The park just in front of the hotel is huge, it has several playgrounds (even one with water :) )which was very important for us.

the location is nice near alexander Platz by bus and tram. I like the park beside the hotel . The furniture is clean but old style. the hotel still have regular key for the room not a card. it was a strange experience but a nice one

The hotel decor was smart and well kept. Our room was very comfortable with a lovely park view. All the staff from Reception to cleaning were friendly and helpful. The neighbourhood was residential, with lots of reasonably priced restaurants to choose from, especially Turkish or Asian.

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean. Bed comfortable. The hotel is opposite a lovely park Volkspark. Spent a lot of time in the park. The hotel is centrally located. I recommend the hotel. Have stayed here twice.
